WATER POSITION (Varun Mudra)

Main element of Water Position (Varun Mudra) is Water. It is the biggest element of the human body and that is what this position works on.

Starting Position: Keep your body calm and relaxed.

Method: To perform this position, slightly touch the tip of the thumb with the little finger and see the difference. The rest of the fingers can be left freely without any stress.

Benefits: Water position (Varun Mudra) prevents all diseases which come due to the lack of water or any kind of dryness. It helps balance the elements related to the tongue and taste. It eliminates skin diseases, increases blood flow, and reduces muscle aches.

It also helps cure many skin diseases. It is good for skin care as it helps in reducing skin dryness and it assists in improving skin softness and luster.

It is known as a seat of mental clarity. It encourages openness and fluid communication and balances the water element in the body.
